At PineScript AI, customer satisfaction is a priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted for digital products or services purchased through our platform.
No Refunds for Digital Products
Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital goods and services, we do not offer refunds once a product has been delivered or a service has been rendered. This includes access to software, subscriptions, digital assets, and other downloadable content.
Exceptions to the Rule
While all sales are considered final, we understand that certain situations may warrant a review. Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment: If you accidentally made more than one payment for the same item or service;
- Technical failure: If a verifiable technical issue on our platform prevented you from accessing the service despite multiple attempts and contact with our support team;
- Unauthorized transaction: If it is determined that a purchase was made without your consent or due to fraud, and confirmed by our payment processor.
Each request will be evaluated individually by our support team, and proof of issue may be required.
Refund Request Process

- Your full name and email address;
- Transaction ID and date;
- A brief explanation of the reason for the refund request.
Our team will respond within 5 business days, and if approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
Chargebacks and Account Termination
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback through your bank or credit card provider. Filing a chargeback without attempting to resolve the issue with us first may result in account suspension and restriction of future access to our platform.
